As Vlad Shindelman, the Director of Service for Gym Source, explains “everybody knows you have to do an oil change on the car, and change the brakes and tires, unfortunately not everybody knows that all fitness products may need at least minimal maintenance.” Even simple actions like vacuuming around and underneath a treadmill can add years to its lifetime, because any dust that’s underneath the unit will eventually end up inside it.

The good news is that if something does happen, Gym Source is there to address the issue quickly. Unlike other fitness retailers (online and brick-and-mortar alike), Gym Source has its own service department. Our approximately 25 technicians are on the road every day – helping our clients get the most from their machines for the longest amount of time.
