It’s nice to know that when consumers speak, companies listen. Take TRUE Fitness, a proven fitness leader, which revamped its line of elliptical trainers in response to customer feedback.

In short, TRUE totally redesigned their ellipticals to have a sleeker profile and smaller footprint. Multigrip handles now give users more flexibility, and Quick Access Keys make it easier to adjust a workout. Finally, the contact heart-rate monitors now are housed within the side rails to provide a more accurate reading.

Says Beth Norviel, TRUE’s Marketing Director: “Based on feedback we heard from dealers and users, we wanted to refresh the machines and give them a new, sleeker look with a lower profile.” In my opinion, they’ve succeeded.
