Vitamin C Tablets

Research shows that about 10 percent of the general population suffers from asthma or bronchoconstriction induced by exercise. Now, according to a new study published by University of Helsinki doctor, Harri Hemila, help is at hand in the form of Vitamin C. Dr. Hemila found that taking Vitamin C prior to exercise not only cuts in half the occurrence of common colds suffered by those exercising or exerting themselves physically, it also alleviates symptoms like coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath.
